AE participates at the Abu Dhabi Women’s College Career Fair

Last 11 November 2008, Abu Dhabi Women’s College (ADWC) Higher Colleges of Technology held it semi-annual career fair. Al Bawardi Enterprises was one of the companies that participated in the one day event. The ADWC Higher Colleges of Technology is a vibrant, student-centered institution of higher education in the United Arab Emirates. The college upholds its mission of providing Emirati women with exceptional academic, technical and professional learning experiences in the classroom, on campus and in the local and global community.

The career fair was organized by the ADWC’s Career Development and Employee Relations (CER) Team headed by Ms. Jane Tatterton. Its objective is to present students several opportunities for students to explore career options after their graduation.

AE’s HR team members, Abigail Blazado, Shruthi V. Kutty and Dipen Uchil meet with students and alumni to discuss the company profile and the available career opportunities in AE. As a result of the fair, more than 60 resumes were received from the students and alumni by AE. Moreover the HR Team Members also got the opportunity to meet to Mr. Bradley Cook, Director of the Abu Dhabi Women’s College on the career fair.
