Al Hail Rig - A great success Story to be proud of..

Needless to say that securing a USD96 Million order from National Drilling Company for a new Jack-Up rig was a great achievement for both EMDAD and its principal Keppel FELS Offshore & Marine, Singapore.

On Sunday the 18th of September when NDC General Manager acknowledged EMDAD role as "a model agent that should be followed by others" in front of ADNOC CEO, the Chairman of NDC, the General Manager of ADMA-OPCO and a crowd of industry leaders during the naming ceremony of this rig, delivered 18 days ahead of schedule.

We further secured the top attention of the industry during ADIPEC 2004 by the timely display of a rig model that we chose to offer to NDC as a gesture of gratitude. The picture of HH Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed contemplating this model on the Adipec website front page is a resounding recognition of the impact this move had with the organizers and ADNOC officials.
