ITQAN Shows Off High Quality through 9001:2008 Certification
ITQAN successfully renewed its ISO certification by achieving the latest 9001:2008 certification. The certification came after a thorough audit that covered all departments in ITQAN, including the Marketing and Communications department, which had its internal operations reviewed and audited for the first time.
The audit was conducted by international certification body Bureau Veritas. ITQANs prior certification was granted by another certification body, DNV, so this recertification further reiterates ITQANs adherence and commitment to strong and effective quality standards.
Impressively, Bureau Veritas did not record any non-conformity that was apparent in ITQANs operations. The conformance level of the quality management system process, project management process and the ISQ (Innovative, Strategy and Quality) process were observed to be extremely consistent. The involvement and commitment of the senior management to quality assurance, and the strategy of the customer care campaign were one of the initiatives to be highly appraised by the audit team as well. Bureau Veritas made sure to give suggestions for improvements that ITQAN is currently working on to ensure another successful ISO recertification in the near future.
This certification comes in the light of ITQANs pioneering achievement, the ISO 20000, which was attained in 2008
