National Bonds teams up with Tatweer in COSP
The photos taken above are taken from the workshop I have facilitated with NATIONAL BONDS last August – September in Dubai. National Bonds is the National Saving Scheme of the UAE launched by the National Bonds Corporation PJSC, a Dubai-based private joint stock shareholding company that was established in March 2006. The Government of Dubai holds a 50 per cent ownership in the company with each of its local shareholders, comprising Dubai Bank, Dubai Holding and Emaar Properties, holding 16.6 per cent ownership respectively.
The Customer Oriented Service Program (COSP) is one of the Tatweer course customized for those who are require in establishing excellent rapport with different kinds of people on a daily basis. COSP is a 3-day workshop catered for Front liners/Call Center Agents. The workshop received high achievement rating as I was able to deliver and gave them awareness on the commitment to excellent customer service, the value customers/clients and its application in their daily lives.
I look forward that the participants of this workshop will greatly ponder on treating people the way they wanted to be treated not only at work but in every aspect of their lives, to be positive and consistency in every single thing.
This activity has been unforgettable experience as it is my first test of waters in the GCC training scene. The workshop has been a success with the motivation, guidance and support from my Tatweer and AE colleagues.
