Tatweer, the management system consultancy and training company of Al Bawardi Enterprises has bagged two major strategy alliances in June 2007.

Tatweer has sealed an alliance with Cotecna QR (a leading swiss based inspection, testing and quality resources company) to offer a wide range of Six Sigma Courses to its valued clients. At a record low investment fee, esteemed clients will be able to attend the world class Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt courses.

A certified Green and Black Belt exhibits team leadership, understands team dynamics, and assigns their team members with roles and responsibilities. They have a complete understanding of the DMAIC model in accordance with the Six Sigma principles, have a basic knowledge of lean enterprise concepts, and they can quickly identify “non-value-added” activities.

In addition Tatweer has also signed an MOU with the Middle east office of the German ISO 9001 and 14001 registrar / certification body – TUV to offer its IRCA accredited Lead auditor courses via Tatweer platform.
