DUBAI MARINA MALL & HOTEL APARTMENTS
YEAR OF THE PROJECT – 2007 / 2009
DMMHA comprises of a mall with 170 retail outlets & Hotel Serviced Apartments (38 storey building with 205 Guest Rooms & 500 Apartments). Telematics has provided Integrated Solutions for the ICT System including Voice, Data, Video, AV, Digital Signage, and Guest Room Management Control. We have also installed the Car Park Management & Guidance System for 2000+ car park spaces in the mall. |

Nakheel, Dubai’s largest property developer, awarded Telematics the prestigious Palm Jumeirah project. Telematics carried out its Residential Infrastructure Connectivity System. The solution implemented for this project is based on Systimax GigaSpeed XL Cabling System. Over 32,000 outlets were installed. |
